Desatame Swim is a swimwear brand that had already been operating for around two years before we began working together in October 2024. At the time, the brand was not running paid advertisements and relied heavily on organic strategies, primarily social media posting, to drive sales and visibility.
While this approach had worked to an extent, the brand faced challenges with seasonality, as demand was concentrated around specific months, making revenue inconsistent and difficult to forecast. The objective was to build a more structured marketing system, expand beyond peak seasons, and create stability without losing the brand’s organic foundation.
Swimwear is naturally seasonal, particularly in markets such as the UK and Europe. Even with strong organic performance, demand would drop sharply outside of summer months. The brand was overly dependent on one season, relied heavily on organic traffic alone, and lacked a broader funnel to support consistent growth.

Our strategy focused on expansion and diversification, rather than forcing growth within a limited seasonal window. Alongside this, we worked closely with the brand on product development for the second collection, shifting the focus from swimwear alone toward resortwear, giving the brand relevance across more seasons.
Paid advertising was introduced later as part of a broader system, rather than as a standalone solution.
We supported Desatame by building funnel strategies that created more consistent demand throughout the year, while maintaining the brand’s organic presence. Product and brand development were supported by repositioning the collection toward resortwear, increasing seasonal flexibility. We designed and built the Desatame Swim website, planned and executed brand shoots, and implemented structured email campaigns and automations.

The shift from organic-only marketing to a full-system approach allowed the brand to grow with confidence rather than chasing short-term wins.
Email marketing played a key role in supporting launches, retention, and repeat purchases, allowing the brand to move from relying solely on organic posting to operating with a more systematic and scalable marketing approach. Paid advertising was later layered in to support growth across new markets.
